• Make a strong offer. - The aim of your campaign is to generate new business, so make your offer as appealing as possible to attract new customers. For example a buy 1 get 1 free offer will attract more new business than a small percentage discount.

• Be Found - Do not assume people know where you are, a map or detailed description is far better than your actual street name.

• Do not restrict your offer. -  for example an offer on Sunday lunches only gives your potential customers 4 opportunities to use your voucher.

• Monitor your response - Remember, if your voucher offer is the same as a deal you currently offer do not expect vouchers to be presented.
